Territory: Dublin, CA area Person will work out of the Dublin, CA office.
Internal Auditor
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (Preference or Requirement): P: 3+ years experience P: CPA P: Open to straight public accounting or straight private industry P: Open to international travel, valid passport DUTIES: * Financial and control auditing at the plant and corporate levels * Provide written descriptions and evaluations of processes and the controls integrated within * Risk identification at the process level * Recommends changes in policies and procedures to increase efficiency of operations or to improve safeguards over company assets * Special projects as requested by plant or corporate management * Available to travel 20%.
Senior Internal Auditor
Position Responsibilities : The person in this critical position will work on the PCC worldwide internal audit activities that involve 80+ locations. This position involves travel, communication and interaction with operational and financial management and the external auditors. Ability to work with computer data bases to conduct forensic audits. Possible assistance on fraud investigations via the company ethics line. Ability to assist on due diligence work for possible M & A projects. Capable of identifying areas of opportunity for improving business practices or cost recoveries. Where appropriate, this person will also assist on SOX compliance testing and expected to stay abreast of developments and pronouncements as they apply to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Travel expected to be approximately 50%, primarily domestic with some international. Future career advancement could involve relocation. Sr. PeopleSoft Developer
Develops and supports PeopleSoft HRMS applications by performing review, analysis, design, and modification of medium to large systems and components; this includes the designing, coding, testing, debugging of those systems 1. Analysis and Design · Conducts fact gathering sessions with customers. · Consults with business Analysts to identify and analyze technology needs and problems. · Performs data flow diagramming and/or process modeling (code architecture). · Writes technical specifications for application components. · Prepares estimates for design, coding and testing. 2. Development and Testing · Develops new features and functions for software applications. · Develops new software solutions according to defined application requirements. · Performs Unit T esting and debugging of applications. · Identifies integration and user acceptance test scenarios. · Provides programming support through all testing phases and general releases of software . · Adheres to department programming standards and methodology. 3. Delivery and Installation · Prepares pre-release and release process documents including Change Control, contingency and fallback Plans. · Creates production turnover and systems documentation. 4. Production Support · Conduct functional analysis for production support activities. · Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds. · Perform tuning, repairs and/or maintenance to production applications. · Work with other IT departments on integrated system support, as required. 5.
